One named move manager looks after the job from the first call to the last box, so you always know who to speak to and what happens next.
We walk the property in person or on video. We note the access, the stairs, the parking and any bulky items. You then get a fixed written quote with nothing hidden in the small print.
Your move manager confirms the crew size, the vehicle size and the timings. We can pack the whole house or just the fragile items. You can also take materials from us and pack at your own pace.
The crew protects your floors and doorways before anything is lifted. We load to a plan and travel with your goods. Everything is unloaded room by room against your labels so nothing gets shifted twice.
Furniture is rebuilt and beds are made up where you ask. Packaging is taken away with us. You then get a follow up call to confirm everything arrived in the condition it left in.
Whether you own a small terrace in central Reading or a five bedroom family home out towards Wokingham, the same standards apply. Floors and doorways are protected, furniture is blanket wrapped, fragile items are packed properly and the load is planned so nothing travels loose.
