How it works
One named move manager looks after the job from the first call to the last box, so you always know who to speak to and what happens next.
We assess both buildings. That covers lifts, loading bays, door widths, parking restrictions and any access permits your building manager requires.
You receive a written plan with the schedule, crew, vehicles, labelling scheme and a named project contact. Full RAMS documents go to your facilities team at the same time.
Crates are delivered ahead of the date so staff can pack their own desks. Kit is dismantled and wrapped and everything is unloaded to a numbered plan.
Workstations are rebuilt and tested for position before we leave. We collect the crates once you have unpacked and remove or store any surplus furniture.
IT is the most valuable and the most fragile part of any commercial move. Desktops, monitors, printers, servers and comms cabinets are wrapped, crated and transported by crews who handle them every week.
At the new office we do not simply stack equipment in a corner. Kit is placed at the right desk and set back up ready for your IT provider to reconnect, so your team can log on and work.
