How it works
One named move manager looks after the job from the first call to the last box, so you always know who to speak to and what happens next.
Tell us what you would rather not do yourself. Most customers pack their books and clothes and hand us the kitchen, the glassware and the artwork.
We drop cartons and materials off in advance so you can make a start early. The rest arrives with the packing crew on the day.
Every carton is labelled with its room and its contents. Fragile pieces are wrapped individually so nothing travels loose.
If you have booked unpacking we place items into their new rooms and flatten the cartons. All the waste leaves with our van.
We provide every material your move needs. That includes double walled cartons in a range of sizes, wardrobe boxes so clothes travel on their hangers, bubble wrap and shock absorbent materials, acid free tissue paper, picture and mirror cases and anti scratch blankets for furniture.
Materials can be delivered in advance if you prefer to pack at your own pace, and any unused cartons are collected afterwards so you only pay for what you use.
Fragile items are individually wrapped and packed using the right method for each piece. Furniture is dismantled professionally, transported protected and then reassembled correctly at your new property, so you arrive to a home you can actually use rather than a pile of flat pack.
