Caversham
North of the river, popular with families for its schools, riverside walks and village feel. Victorian terraces mean narrow hallways and steep stairs, so we plan crew size accordingly.
Earley and Lower Earley
Modern estates, good primary schools and easy access to the M4. Driveways and wide roads make it one of the easiest areas in Berkshire to move into.
Woodley
A genuine town centre of its own, plenty of green space and solid family housing. Good value compared with central Reading.
Tilehurst
More house for the money and its own station on the line into Paddington. Some of the hillier streets need a smaller vehicle and a shuttle, which we plan at survey stage.
Wokingham and Twyford
Market town and village living with strong schools. Slightly longer commutes but a very different pace of life.
